About Chef Michael

Wedding cakes are Chef Michael’s passion.  Jennine Michael draws upon her training as an artist (BFA, University of New Mexico) and her skill as a chef (Culinary Arts degree, Central New Mexico) to craft unique creations of sugar, chocolate and cake.  Her goal is to create a piece of art that will reflect the love shared between newlyweds and that will last long after the last piece is eaten.
