The Dream Cake

Sixty-five hand pulled red sugar flowers adorned this three-tiered wedding cake designed especially for John and Amy. The cake was enrobed in hand-made champaign colored fondant. A diamond motif was hand piped onto the chocolate brown fondant ribbon and highlighted with gold luster dust. Hand pulled petit five petal flowers with pearl centers accented the ribbon design. The vanilla cake was filled with vanilla buttercream and luscious lemon curd.

The Grooms Cake

Amy surprised John with a humorous custom topper. The groom in his turnout gear sits atop a sugar replica of his fireman’s helmet. Heart shaped, pulled sugar flames surround the helmet. The bride in a replica of her wedding dress sprays love potion number nine in the flames. Is the bride putting out the fire or is she feeding the fire with the love potion? The rich chocolate cake was filled with chocolate buttercream and a layer of rum caramel. The cake was enrobed in callebaut chocolate ganache.
